Hang In There

You are committed to succeeding and prospering. You are willing to go through the shaping experiences you need to become the person you need to become and achieve the success and prosperity you desire.

When this shaping happens, you have two options:

  1. You can reject the pain and disappointment in your life. If you take this approach, you may feel justified in distancing yourself physically and emotionally from anyone or any experience that causes you pain and disappointment.

  2. You can accept pain and disappointment as a part of life and hang in there—physically and emotionally. Regardless.

Truth

In a perfect world, perfect people would do perfect things, perfectly.

Bottom Line

You do not live in a perfect world. You are not a perfect person, and you do not do perfect things perfectly.

All of us need to go through shaping experiences so we can become the people we need to become. Hang in there, regardless. It is worth it!

Homework

• What one thing do I need to stop doing?

• What one thing do I need to keep doing?

• What one thing do I need to start doing?
